How We Work
HOW IT WORKS
A transparent process with specific timelines at every stage. We handle all documentation and procedural work — so you can focus on production.
1
Consultation & Product Analysis
Free initial consultation. We analyze the product type, determine the applicable regulatory framework (Cabinet Resolutions No. 345, 1275, 256), and assess readiness for codification.
1 business day2
Filling Out the TTX Specification
We provide a tailored checklist for your product type and help fill in technical characteristics and the component list.
1–2 days3
TS Development & Registration
We develop Technical Specifications per DSTU-N 1.3:2015 and MoD requirements, then register them with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Up to 19 days4
In-House Trials
Our specialists visit your facility and conduct in-house trials. We prepare the act, program, methods, and protocols per MoD requirements. EMC/EW support available on request.
About 21 days5
Codification Document Package
We prepare a full package: TTX, product passport, operation manual, trial protocols, compliance certificates. Reviewed and approved with the client.
1–2 days6
Submission to MoD & NSN Assignment
We submit documents to the MoD Main Department, schedule the commission meeting, accompany the review, and resolve comments. The result: a NATO Stock Number (NSN).

Q&A
FAQ
To start, it is enough to provide a description of the product, its purpose, and main technical characteristics. We conduct an initial consultation and determine what is needed at each stage. All forms and templates are provided by us.
Yes, in-house trials are mandatory to confirm the product's technical specifications and successfully pass codification. Without an act and trial protocols, the MoD will not accept the documents. We organize and conduct these trials at your facility.
With a ready product and timely information: TS development — 14 days, registration with the Ministry of Economy — up to 5 days; in-house trials — about 21 days; package preparation and MoD review with NSN assignment — up to 10 days after submission. Overall — about 2 months depending on the product type and MoD commission schedule.
Resolution No. 345 governs the supply of defense goods during a special period and applies to most defense product types. Resolution No. 1275 covers procurement of UAS, NRC, unmanned maritime systems, and tactical EW systems. Resolution No. 256 is a separate procedure for domestically produced unmanned systems. We determine the applicable procedure during the first consultation call.
A NATO Stock Number (NSN) is assigned to a product after codification. Only a codified product can be officially accounted for, written off, and purchased for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It opens access to state defense procurement and confirms the product's official status as a defense system sample.
Yes. A significant portion of our clients are small teams and startups developing UAS, EW systems, or electronic modules. We understand the specifics of small-scale production and help navigate all bureaucratic stages without wasting resources.
